At Seed Support we specialise in the supported living sector for both young people and adults. We are open to work with both local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups to provide bespoke packages for vulnerable people that require re-integration into mainstream society. We use evidence-based approaches to get the best outcomes for the people we look after.
Seed support is a supported living provider, providing bespoke supported living options for individuals at varying stages of their life journeys, We support adults and young people with mental health, learning disabilities, Autism and individuals that require support to reach meaningful goals with an outcome based support approach.
Seed support work with local housing providers to ensure that a safe and happy environment is available alongside a tailored support package so that the people we work with have the best opportunities to grow and flourish with our support.

Our Team
Our Staff have are highly skilled and have years of invaluable experience in working with vulnerable adults often with complex needs within the housing, mental health and supported living sector.
Each of our team members go through a detailed 12 week induction process which includes training, shadowing and bespoke mentoring from senior management as well as opportunities to work towards formal qualifications.
